In the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day, we need a lovely green concoction. I’ve named this one Pixie Dew, as it’s a fanciful wee treat with high notes of pear and melon. Of course you could also sip solo the pear schnapps or melon liqueur, or opt for creme de menthe, absinthe, or any number of cocktails with ingredientresulting in shades of our sought
after green. You might even choose a mug of foamy green beer. May the luck of the day be with you!
PIXIE DEW
Ingredients: 2 ounces pear schnapps, 2 ounces melon liqueur, one ounce lemon juice.
Directions: Shake together and serve over ice or strain into a cocktail glass.
