This one is the darkest yet, with Tullah’s psychic abilities accelerating into overdrive as she rushes to outwit an evilly talented psychopath. A sinister creature is performing brutal and grotesque murders based on children’s fairytales. No one knows why or who will be next. Ride along with our favorite fictional veterinarian as she combats the fantasy horror that has intruded into the warm reality of her family and friends in the small town of Enigma, Kentucky.

Favorite Supporting Characters-  Tullah’s father, Sheriff Henry Holliday

Fun Tidbit- Tullah and the others keep a steady supply of coffee going, while also enjoying delicious sweets and southern fare. It’s entertaining to see what their next treats will be. I admire how the flow of food helps to depict time passing in the story.

Memorable Line- The sounds of rattling chains and eerie moans and cackles were piped through a sound system.
