NaNo 2019 is going well in its fourth day. I have written about 2000 words a day so far. They are not beautiful words by any means, but they are heartfelt words that enable me to get to know my characters better. The editing and revising will come later. For now I want to follow my general loose outline and have the characters appear in the location and predicament they are supposed to be in at any given time. I divide my novels into four quarters as opposed to the three parts many writers use. Therefore, the characters will be in the first quarter for the first five or six days of NaNo. The first quarter setting is a beach hotel where Lucien Silver and his band are playing. This morning I wrote a beach scene for the first time in this book. We Floridians love our beach scenes!
How is your writing going? Wonderfully I hope!
Cheers & Happy Writing!

I’m doing fair. I’m behind 450 words today but hope to get ahead tomorrow. I’m at a summer campground with a cute cowboy. Lol
Oh, Cathy, a summer campground with a cute cowboy sounds so delicious!
